"Wow! I can’t say enough about Misty and her staff! I recently relocated from Southern Nevada to Cleveland TN and I reached out to Misty before I arrived. This was my first time moving cross country and I had so many QUESTIONS!!! However she and her staff answered All of my questions regarding insurance on my items while in transit and while being in storage until my home was ready for me to move in. They also addressed coverage on my new home, my vehicle etc etc
After I arrived and a certain amount of time had passed Nattaly, followed up with me to see how everything was going and was I settling in. . She followed up with me regarding the house, my vehicle, and any available discounts I have been extremely pleased with the branch and I would highly recommend it to others. "My previous insurance company kept creeping higher and higher, over the last several years it had doubled. Even though I have zero accidents, zero traffic violations, nothing had changed except the cost of my insurance getter higher. So I started price shopping, a family member told me about the deal they got with State Farm so I called them first. Phenomenal Agent. Professional, super nice, quoted me a price I couldn't pass up. About a third of what I had been paying.
