"*05/22/24* 'Like a Great Neighbor..' I had an appointment with Misty and as soon as I walk in I'm greeted by warm hellos and smiling faces. The ladies here provide the warmest welcome and environment! I'm offered a drink and a place to sit and for my appointment. I went in not knowing much about my retirement path or how to go about it, but Misty was very helpful in helping me understand the options available. She is very knowledgable and relayed the information in a way that was easy to absorb. She went above and beyond in helping me and I truly appreciate this branch! I have only had one interaction and that was via email/ phone, but that was enough to know I'm going to stay with this branch. Macy, I believe her name is, was very sweet, kind, and happy to help."

"Appreciate the help from the assistants. Done an excellant job trying to get me situated. However the system they use to verify elegibility is flawed IMO. Im a current Farm Bureau customer and have been for years. Reached out just checking quotes. Mind u State Farm actually had better rates for me. However, Ive had one ticket, window tint, and thats it, and was flagged and was told to argue with the system to get accepted into State Farm. Dont agree. Excellant credit score, excellant driving record and no criminal background. Is what it is tho. Things happen for a reason, and Ill take this as a sign. Ur staff deserve a raise because they were excellant tho."

"very good and very much on top of everything when you have a clam but they ate just a little bit too high on there premiums and I I'm thinking of going to a different place because of this 600.00 every 6 months on honda 2023 hrv is too much for just one car ."

"Who needs Jake from State Farm when you have Misty and Macy! I'm limited to just 5 stars but they honestly deserve more.
